I want to make a comment on the work done on our behalf. We hired NTR in July of 2009 and we have much gratitude for the work your organization did for us in solving our tax issues. Especially we want to single out the attorney assigned to our case. During the entire time she was always available for help and she must have contacted the IRS 25 times on our behalf. She answered our questions fully and completely and within 24 hours most of the time. She really went to bat for us, stepping in where it was impossible for us to do so. I want to commend her. We had a complex case and she is an excellent example of an employee who is doing a professional job for you.
